The THRIVE Agenda fights for "a country where everyone can THRIVE. This isn’t a dream, it is possible — if we work for it. The THRIVE Agenda lays out eight pillars that Congress must focus on to create an economy that will work for everyone, not just the folks at the top."

The 8 Pillars of the THRIVE Agenda:
  1. Create ​millions of good, safe jobs with access to unions. 
  2. Invest in Black, Brown, and Indigenous communities. 
  3. Combat environmental injustice & ensure healthy lives for all.
  4. Ensure fairness for workers and communities.
  5. Build the power of workers to fight inequality.  
  6. Strengthen & Heal the nation–to–nation relationship with sovereign Native nations.
  7. Avert climate and environmental catastrophe. 
  8. Reinvest in public institutions that enable workers and communities to THRIVE.
